Theresa has developed a robust freelance writing career, with work ranging from newspaper articles and opinion columns to feature-length magazine stories.

Through her freelance work and her community blog she has had the opportunity to meet and/or interview a variety of noteworthy individuals, including former Alberta Premiers Alison Redford and Jim Prentice, current Prime Minister of Canada Justin Trudeau, astronaut Chris Hadfield, entrepreneur Arlene Dickinson and author Malcom Gladwell, among others.

Prior to her current professional role, Theresa also developed website content for clients on a contract basis, and developed and delivered communications strategies for a successful political campaign.

Theresa also teaches courses in communications, media relations and blogging to local non-profit organizations to assist in developing their capacity in this area.
